Clients who sign up for AbeTech Remote Support allow for our Log Me In Rescue utility to remotely access a client site to monitor wireless access points, mobile devices, networked printers and even applications. Granted access, we are able to manage configurations, capture error logs and remotely configure capable mobile and wired devices.
